The installation is as simple as installing a wall thermostat and can be performed by the building superintendent, but we recommend that the installation is performed by our certified subcontractors or by your HVAC company.
During the Installation & Commissioning period of the Energy Management System, Dorian System Analysts use its monitoring abilities to analyze the collected data, and provide the customer and/or the customers heating contractor with the information that they need to pinpoint various problems.
The Energy Mangement System also notifies the customer or the customer's heating contractor of a malfunction, when it actually happens, so the tenants do not stay without heat or hot water for long periods of time.
